Years of breath therapy, salt therapy, and a foundation in meditation have landed me here. The place where I can help others discover their inner gifts to create the world they want to live in. It takes guts, perseverance, and courage. I honor your journey.

Sessions with me incorporate my experience as a certified breathwork facilitator, Reiki Master, devout meditator, and Earth advocate. I’ve worked with these energetic healing therapies for 9 years in Louisville, KY, serving to highlight the teacher within. I assist as a mirror to your experience to shine the light on what your heart wants.
